What are outdoor throw pillows made of?

What size throw pillow should I choose?
The 18" x 18" square is the standard and the safest choice for most chairs and sofas. On a deep seat, reach for the 20" x 14" lumbar instead: it sits in the small of your back rather than pushing you forward.
Do the covers come off?
No. These are finished with a sewn seam closure rather than a zip, which is what keeps water and grit out of the fill. Spot clean the pillow as a whole.
